Usage
The purpose of this template is to put disambiguation links at the top of vaguely titled video game articles, such as R-Type. It explains that the article is about the video game and links to a disambiguation page if it exists. To prevent confusion between video games of the same name (Such as Prey (2006 video game) and Prey (2017 video game)), it also includes a year parameter.
Syntax
The "title" parameter is the title of the game, and the "year" parameter is the year the game was produced. Both of those parameters must be provided, or an error message will be presented.

It can then disambiguate any number of other articles, such as, for instance, the Steins;Gate TV series and manga. The unnamed parameters are alternatingly the type of thing's page that you are linking to, and the exact title of the page you are linking to, and must be provided in pairs.
